General Terms and Conditions of Online Sale

IMPORTANT FISCAL NOTE All prices shown on the website are to be considered FINAL. The operation is carried out under VAT exemption pursuant to Article 1, paragraphs 54 to 89, of Law no. 190/2014 (Italian Flat-Rate Scheme). Therefore, VAT will not be applied to the invoice, and the entire amount constitutes a deductible cost for VAT-registered entities.

Products The descriptions, materials, components, and colors of the products published on the website www.serimarca.it and in the catalogs included therein are to be considered indicative. For greater certainty regarding product descriptions, we invite you to contact SeriMarca customer service (tel. 0438.1736135) for any clarifications. SeriMarca reserves the right to make updates or changes to all items on the site and in the catalogs without this constituting grounds for dispute. The goods are intended as sold under our general conditions, reported below, and are considered accepted without reservation upon execution of the order.

Orders Items listed on the website www.serimarca.it should preferably be ordered online. We have a perfect system to handle orders in every detail and calculate all items in the cart precisely, practically, and quickly. If you are not yet used to buying online, feel free to call us for a chat: we can help you place your orders step by step.

Free Film Samples SeriMarca sends 1 sheet of neutral or printed transparent film (with graphics sent by you or our stress test) as limited samples. In this case, the customer must make a request by phone or email, providing full company details. Only a one-off contribution for shipping costs of € 11.00 (Insured Shipping) will be requested. We can ship using the customer's subscribed courier (please provide your customer code).

Prices We are truly pleased to offer our customers quantity discounts and special quotes for quantities other than those listed on the site. The prices shown on www.serimarca.it are final, not subject to VAT (Regime Forfettario), and may be subject to change without prior notice, unless the customer has already placed an order.

Payment Methods Safe - Fast - Practical. Payment can be made via the following methods:

  • ADVANCE BANK TRANSFER - The customer will receive our bank details immediately after order confirmation. To speed up delivery, we accept a copy of the transfer with the CRO number via email at info@serimarca.it. Bank commissions are at the customer's expense.

  • PAYMENT ON DELIVERY (C.O.D.) - The customer has the option to pay for the online purchase at the time of delivery by the courier for amounts up to € 250.00. Beyond this value, the customer may choose to pay only 50% of the order value via C.O.D., and the remaining 50% must be settled via advance bank transfer. This method involves an extra cost required by the courier for cash handling:

    • Service cost: € 10.00 fixed for values up to € 200.00.

    • For higher amounts, 4% of the value for collection management fees.

  • PAYPAL - Direct transfer from your Paypal account in maximum security.

  • CREDIT CARDS (VISA, MASTERCARD, POSTEPAY, etc.) - Via the secure Paypal circuit, accessible even to non-registered users.

  • BANK RECEIPTS (RIBA) - Subject to approval. Requests must be submitted via email and will be analyzed individually.

Processing Time

  • Consumables: Approximately 5 working days from payment confirmation (or order confirmation if C.O.D.), subject to warehouse availability.

  • SM Film Printers: Approximately 5 working days from payment confirmation.

  • DTG JetPlay Printers: Approximately 30-45 days from payment confirmation.

Usually, goods are delivered within 24 hours throughout Italy via our partner couriers (Islands within 48 hours). SeriMarca is relieved of responsibility towards the customer in cases of delayed delivery due to force majeure or courier delays.

Invoicing At the time of registration or order, customers must correctly fill in full company details, including the Recipient Code (SDI) or PEC (Certified Email) for electronic invoicing. The invoice will be issued under the flat-rate scheme (without exposed VAT).

Complaints and Disputes

  • Consumables: Complaints must be notified in writing (email) within 5 (five) days of receipt.

  • Printers: Complaints for transport damage or malfunctions must be notified in writing within 5 (five) days of receipt. Printers are covered by the legal warranty of 1 year for professional use.

Returns are accepted only if authorized in writing by SeriMarca. Unauthorized returns will be rejected. Returned goods must be intact and correctly packed in the original packaging. In the event of a shipping error or recognized defect, SeriMarca will bear the return costs. In the case of a return due to an incorrect purchase by the customer, shipping is at the customer's expense.

Competent Court For any dispute, the Court where the company SeriMarca has its registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
